Karyn was an Export and Marketing Manager for a local manufacturing company, and Assistant Vice President & International Marketing Director for INTRUST Bank N.A. before returning to the Center as President/CEO in 2004. She is a frequent guest speaker at industry and community forums and is an adjunct professor at Friends University. In 2006, she was appointed by U.S. Commerce Secretary Gutierrez to the Industry Trade Advisory Committee for Small & Minority Businesses (ITAC-11) serving as an advisor on matters of international trade to the US Department of Commerce and the US Trade Representative. Shailey Innes Phone: +1 (316) 264.5982 Shailey joined the Kansas World Trade Center in December 2007, assuming her current position in July 2008. Shailey graduated in May 2009 from Wichita State University, earning her Bachelor in Business Administration, majoring in International Business. Shailey's primary duties at the Kansas World Trade Center involve consultation & research, management of education & training programs, trade advocacy & government relations, website management, marketing & communications as well providing administrative assistance to the President/CEO. Jorge Roldan Phone: +1 (316) 264.5982 Jorge is originally from Pereira, Colombia, moving to Kansas in 1999. Jorge graduated in December 2004 from Wichita State University where he earned a Bachelor in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Management. Jorge graduated from Newman University in December 2008, earning his MBA in International Business. As Trade Relations Director, Jorge's primary duties include providing support for inbound and outbound trade missions, working with domestic and foreign government and business officials, and providing international marketing research.
